About the project
The company Certifica underwent a rebranding process and we were selected to implement and launch its new website in the digital certification market. Certifica is one of the main references in digital certification in Brazil.

Design
Our redesign project for the digital certifier page faced the challenge of balancing technical complexity with an intuitive user experience. We focus on simplifying the process of obtaining certificates, highlighting crucial information and eliminating visual noise. The integration of responsive design elements was also essential to ensure accessibility on mobile devices. The end result not only improved navigability, but also strengthened brand credibility, increasing user trust.

outlay
Our challenge was to design a user experience that would differ from the usual standard in the certification market, where information is often confusing, the visual is of little importance and the purchase flow is not intuitive. After extensive research, we developed and delivered a solid project, aligned with brand expectations and adapted for both individuals and legal entities.

E-commerce
For years, Certifica maintained a purchase flow very similar to that of its competitors. For the new project, we decided to adopt Apple's purchasing flow as a reference and adapt it to the acquisition of digital certificates. The brand accepted our proposal and, thus, we developed e-commerce with fluid navigation, easy to understand, clean design and interactions designed to simplify the purchase of certificates and facilitate the understanding of the stages of such a complex product.






Results
We were able to significantly increase the number of accesses to the site, surpassing all previous performance metrics. Now, our site is recognized as a reference in the digital certification market.
