About the project

Alfred Delivery was seeking to rethink the experience of its platform for partner restaurants, including orders, delivery tracking, and all the necessary functionality. We work closely with the Alfred team, including the CEO, CTO, restaurants and motoboys, to provide the best possible experience.

The Alfred team had a clear vision of the platform and its functionalities. The challenge was to deliver a hybrid platform that met the expectations of both the Alfred team and the partner restaurants. We outlined a line of work, a design model, and a delivery format that helped us achieve an excellent result for everyone involved.

Our redesign project for the digital certifier page faced the challenge of balancing technical complexity with an intuitive user experience. We focus on simplifying the process of obtaining certificates, highlighting crucial information and eliminating visual noise. The integration of responsive design elements was also essential to ensure accessibility on mobile devices. The end result not only improved navigability, but also strengthened brand credibility, raising user confidence.

UI and UX

We opted for a design that prioritizes clarity, providing a well-organized experience with details always in evidence to assist the daily lives of partner restaurants. The aesthetics of the platform were designed to make the operation and routine of the users lighter. We decided to keep the blue, white and gray color palette, providing visual comfort to users.
